Superb welcome, stunning family room, exceptional comfort, excellent restaurant recommendation, beautiful breakfast in the garden, couldn't have done more for us

The view from the bedroom was impressive and the breakfast was served in an outdoor garden that added to the ambiance. The location was also convenient, close to the canal and easy to find.

The lack of basic facilities such as water or tea/coffee in the bedroom and the absence of air conditioning made the stay uncomfortable. The bed was not comfortable as it was made up of two singles pushed together. Additionally, the pre-ordering of breakfast drinks the night before was inconvenient. Finally, it was frustrating to see the advertised rooms were 25% cheaper than what we had paid on a chalkboard outside.
