Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich gut, da es sich in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums befindet. Man kann bequem zu Fuß in die Altstadt oder die Fußgängerzone gelangen. Die Zimmer sind schön und sauber, und das Badezimmer ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und es gibt eine große Auswahl an leckeren Speisen.

Der Lärm von der nahegelegenen Brauerei war störend, insbesondere in den Zimmern zum Hinterhof.

Had a wonderful Christmas at this hotel! the hotel is situated in a picturesque French countryside, which made for a charming and serene backdrop for the holidays. the rooms were very comfortable, with all the expected amenities. the staff was also very friendly and accommodating, making us feel like we were staying at a friend's house. the food was fantastic, with delicious local dishes and homemade desserts.

The price was quite high for what was offered, which was a bit of a letdown. Overall though, it was a lovely stay and we would definitely recommend it for a relaxing getaway.

loved staying at the originals relais in availles-en-chatellerault! rooms and gardens were beautifully renovated and the buffet breakfast was top-notch. the staff were friendly and even sent us restaurant recommendations when their own restaurant was closed. would have been perfect if the rooms had fridges or a minibar.

The staff is absolutely amazing, making you feel right at home. The meals are delicious and well-priced. The garden is a stunning place to enjoy an evening meal as the sun sets. The whole experience is beyond words.
