Amazing location and cozy atmosphere. The hotel is conveniently located near the Bellecour Place, with easy access to metro stations, restaurants, and shopping areas. The interior of the hotel has a warm and stylish ambiance, making you feel right at home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast offered delicious options and the breakfast room had a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. The staff, whether trainees or veterans, were friendly and genuinely helpful. The hotel also provided free wifi with excellent coverage throughout the premises. I highly recommend this Mgallery hotel for its prime location, cozy atmosphere, and excellent service.

For the price we paid, we got great value for our money. Our room/suite was spacious, comfortable, and had a wonderful ambiance. The location of the hotel is outstanding, right in the center of the city with easy access to everything. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The morning meal could have been improved with more vegetarian options.

Stayed during Christmas season and the festive decorations created a lovely ambiance. the staff were friendly and complimentary champagne and cookies were offered at check-in. the hotel is located in the heart of the city and close to all the major attractions. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options including delicious pastries.

The air conditioning did not work properly and the room was uncomfortably hot. Housekeeping entered the room even with the "do not disturb" sign on the door.

As a backpacker, I loved the variety of local delicacies at the amazing breakfast, and the affordable upgrade to a Junior Suite with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. The location was perfect, with great restaurants, bars, and shopping nearby. The staff was helpful and the rooms were well-appointed.

The highlight was definitely the breakfast, with a wide variety of options and excellent service. The hotel's central location was also a major plus, allowing us to easily explore the city on foot or by short Uber rides.

I had a delightful stay at Hotel Le Royal Lyon. The breakfast in the charming dining room was delicious, and my room was both comfortable and visually appealing. I particularly enjoyed the quirky objects displayed in the main hotel areas. The staff was extremely accommodating, quickly moving my daughter to another room when we requested due to construction outside. The hotel's decorative touch of framed scarves in the hallways added a unique touch. The food and beverage options in the cocktail area were exceptional. Additionally, the hotel's central location made it perfect for exploring the city.
