Some minor inconveniences were experienced, such as the lack of extra blankets and pillows in the closets.

My Xmas stay was great! the hotel provided an alternative method for check-in which was awesome. the room was immaculate, quiet, and very cozy. the hotel had great location too as it was conveniently located near the places I wanted to visit. the staff was also friendly and accommodating which made the stay more enjoyable.

There were a few letdowns. the heating system could be improved as it was a bit chilly during my Christmas stay.
