The location of the hotel was great, right in the middle of town. It was convenient to have everything within walking distance, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. the old town charm added to the overall experience.

I was disappointed with the lack of support and communication from the hotel staff. We were left in the rain to figure out how to get the key and saw no one during our entire stay.
