Friendly staff, beautiful and comfortable property. Spacious junior suite with private spa in bathroom. Fantastic room with huge bed, enormous lounge, and great bathroom. Attentive and polite staff, comfortable bar area with a large fire. Incredible breakfast and delicious dinner, with attention to detail in decoration and guest service.

Located in the heart of the ski resort, with easy access to the slopes and restaurants. the hotel's spa is first class, with a stunning pool and a sauna that overlooks the snow-capped mountains. the staff are very friendly and ensure you have everything you need for a relaxing stay.

The half-board menu lacks variety, with the same dishes repeated every other night. the size of the rooms is not great, and for a long stay, storage and hanging facilities are limited.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel fulfilled all of my needs. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, complete with a sauna, steam room, and treatment rooms for massages, facials and beauty treatments. the heated indoor swimming pool provided the perfect spot for sun loungers, and the bar/lounge area offered a relaxing space for in-room breakfast, dinner, and packed lunches.

the exceptional service from the staff, along with the private facilities and location advantages made up for it.
