I recently stayed at Live Hotels Bordeaux Lac for a short trip and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The facilities were top-notch, and the bar had a classy ambiance. The room I stayed in was beautifully designed with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchenette. This hotel is perfectly located just over the road from a beautiful beach, offering stunning views of the lake. It is also conveniently close to the nearest tram stop for easy transportation. The rooms are well-equipped and the beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a blissful night's sleep. The bathrooms have great showers and the staff are friendly and helpful. Additionally, the hotel offers secure parking in a closed garage, providing peace of mind for guests.

The breakfast price is a bit expensive, but there are cheaper options available at cafes in the city center.

The bed was very comfortable and the staff was super friendly and helpful. the breakfast buffet was great and the food at the restaurant was excellent too, while the prices were reasonable. the hotel also boasts modern facilities and a lovely environment.

We had trouble with the air-conditioning controls, which we found difficult to use. we struggled with the gate controls for entering and leaving the gated area.

Lovely pool with lake view, well-equipped kitchenette, comfortable bed, informative and kind reception staff, clean rooms, good air conditioning.

The installations at Live Hotels Bordeaux Lac were brand new and modern. Everything was in excellent working condition, making for a very pleasant stay. Despite not being located in the city center, it was still easily accessible by car. Parking was also convenient and affordable compared to other hotels in the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. The tram, located just a short walk away, made it easy to explore the city and get around.

Although the hotel served breakfast, guests felt that it could have been of better quality for the price. Check-in was also a bit late at 15:00, and some guests wished for an earlier check-in option.
