We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The room was incredibly comfortable and clean, and we had a lovely view from the terrace overlooking the valley. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel also offered a range of services, including room service, car hire, and housekeeping. We especially enjoyed the spa and wellness center, which had an indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and massage services. this place provided enhanced comfort and top-notch services. We will definitely be returning!

I had a very enjoyable stay at a cozy hotel with nice rooms and a rich breakfast. The position of the hotel was perfect, and the staff was professional, helpful, and kind. The decoration in the hotel and my sunny bedroom added to the pleasant ambiance.

During my Xmas holidays, I stayed at a hotel that offered a free shuttle to the slopes and was located near the town center and ski bus station. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were nicely decorated. Additionally, the breakfast was tasty and had a lot of options.

Despite the positives, it was disappointing to find out that the hotel's spa facilities weren't open during the holidays, which is one reason I selected the hotel. Secondly, there wasn't much to do in the surrounding area as everything was closed, and the ski resort was crowded due to the festive season.

The location of the hotel was great, just a 5-minute walk to the ski lifts in a charming village nestled in the Abondance valley. The room had a big balcony with a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff was competent and super nice, providing amazing service. The breakfast included mainly local products, which was a nice touch.

The spa could use some improvement, as it felt a bit rundown and didn't provide a truly relaxing experience.

The spa facilities, including the pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and steam room, were a perfect way to relax after a day on the slopes. My wife particularly enjoyed the spa massage, claiming it was one of the best she's ever had. a fantastic experience.
