I had a wonderful stay at Hotel & Spa Madison in Saint-Jean-de-Luz. The decoration and location were top-notch, and the services provided were excellent. The hotel also has a beautiful pool and jacuzzi, perfect for relaxation. The central location was great, allowing easy access to bars and shopping. The room itself was cozy, with a lovely balcony providing plenty of natural light. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The bathroom was well-appointed, with a fantastic shower and luxurious bath products. The efficient air conditioning was a blessing during the hot weather. The staff at reception were warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The hotel is built to a high standard of interior design, adding to the overall pleasant ambiance. I highly recommend Hotel & Spa Madison for a delightful stay in Saint-Jean-de-Luz.

While my stay was mostly enjoyable, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The room and bathroom were a bit small for the price, and the towel rail in the bathroom was difficult to regulate.

The location of the hotel was great, just a short distance to the beach and other key attractions. the staff was helpful and friendly, and the recent upgrading of the rooms had produced a nice design. the spa and swimming pool were an additional plus, and it was easy to find good drinks at reasonable prices.

The main negatives were the tight and confined bathroom along with limited wardrobe space. the classic rooms were quite small and not worth the money spent.

This hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Saint Jean de Luz, just steps away from the bustling city center and close to the beach and shops. The rooms have been recently upgraded with tasteful interior design, offering a comfortable stay. The spa and swimming pool are fantastic facilities to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city.

The fire alarm incident during the night was quite unsettling and the management's response to the situation was not satisfactory.

I absolutely loved staying at this luxurious hotel in the heart of the town. The location couldn't have been more perfect, right in the center of everything. I was able to easily explore the charming streets, visit the nearby bars and shops, and enjoy the beautiful promenade.
