The staff at the reception were incredibly helpful, speaking English and assisting with any questions or concerns. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived and was upgraded to a suite without any additional cost. The suite was absolutely stunning, with superior accommodations and a beautiful bathroom. The room was spotlessly clean, and I appreciated the attention to detail. The view from my room was breathtaking, allowing me to see the nearby cathedral. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as the loud air conditioning and occasional issues with the key card, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the hotel. I would highly recommend Maison Malesherbes for its gorgeous boutique atmosphere, friendly staff, and convenient location.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the convenient location near the metro stations and the Champs Elysees. The staff went above and beyond, accommodating our special request for birthday balloons and surprising us with a small gift in our room. The complimentary use of the coffee machine in the lounge was a nice touch.

The hotel was tiny and felt cramped, especially the elevator and corridors. The room service was also quite inattentive as they did not refill our water or coffee regularly.

Located in the center of Paris, this hotel is close to all the key attractions, including St. Augustin church. The rooms are clean and well-decorated, offering a comfortable stay. The breakfast is excellent with warm bread, croissants, and yogurt with various toppings. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing great service. The view of the church from the window is amazing, adding to the overall charm of the hotel.
