We had a fantastic stay at a hotel with a great location, exceedingly helpful staff, and modern appointments. the rooftop was magical, with an electric vibe and sweeping views over the enchanting old city. the rooms were funky and clean, and the bathrooms spacious. the breakfast spread was impressive, and the hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of Bordeaux's prominent sights, bars, and restaurants. We were also pleased with the excellent service and connectivity options. Mama Shelter provided a clean, cool, and fun experience.

We had an amazing experience at Mama Shelter. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel taken care of from the moment we arrived. the location in the center of the city was perfect - we could explore everything on foot without needing to use public transportation. the hotel had a top-notch design and boutique feel, and the breakfast was fantastic. the highlight was definitely the rooftop bar where we enjoyed breathtaking views and great vibes. The value for money was outstanding, and my room was perfect - clean, comfortable, and well-finished. The location was also excellent, right in the heart of the city. The staff treated me like family, making me feel welcome and taken care of throughout my entire stay.
