Mama Shelter was a stylish hotel with awesome decorations and a unique concept. the staff were friendly and the rooms were comfortable with well-equipped bathrooms. the rooftop restaurant had a great view of the Eiffel Tower and delicious food. the open wardrobe in the room was spacious and convenient.

Can't fault the property in any way. 😊

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Paris located just a few minutes away from the underground station. The hotel's attention to detail impressed me, from the well-equipped bathroom to the comfortable bed in the rooms. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

My Christmas stay at the hotel was amazing! the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. the breakfast was fantastic, with various options to choose from. the location was perfect, only a five-minute walk to the metro, which allowed me to quickly get to the major attractions of the city. the rooms were clean, cozy and the beds were very comfortable. But the best part of the hotel was the beautiful view over the city from the restaurant, and the quirky facilities such as the sports bar and diner.

The WiFi in the room was weak, and it was a bit expensive for what I got. the towels were not changed daily, and the room wasn't always serviced.

We recently stayed at Mama Shelter and had a fantastic time. the hotel has a quirky retro-cosmopolitan theme, which we loved. the rooms were extremely clean and the location was great, just a short distance from the metro. We were able to reach the city center in just 30 minutes. the customer service provided by the reception staff was outstanding. We also enjoyed the facilities, including the diner, sports bar, and restaurant, where the staff were equally welcoming. One nice touch was finding an umbrella in our room.
