Great service and location. the staff was friendly and helpful, always there to assist with any need. the room was nicely decorated and very clean. the hotel was situated near many nice restaurants, bars, and cafes. the ease of access to public transportation from the hotel made getting around the city very convenient.

The room was quite small, making it difficult to move around with suitcases. Noise from other guests and construction made it hard to sleep at times.

The hotel had recently refurbished bathrooms and a polite receptionist who spoke good English. the French-style breakfast included croissants, rolls, jam, coffee, tea, and eggs. the hotel's location was key, with a bakery across the street and minimarkets just a few blocks away.

The rooms were small and the beds were not very comfortable.

Staff were not friendly or accommodating. They had a policy where we had to hand in our keys every time we left, which felt like a curfew.
