We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout our visit. The hotel had a luxurious feel, and our room was clean, spacious, and fully equipped. The location was perfect, situated in an exclusive area of the city, right in the center of Champs-Elysées. We were close to everything, with shops, restaurants, and bars surrounding us. The hotel was also conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy for us to explore this beautiful city.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We spent Christmas in a hotel and it was fantastic! the rooms were cozy, and we received two wonderful complementary gifts - a box of macarons and some refreshing drinks in the mini fridge. the hotel's location was superb, as it was just a few steps away from the high-end shopping streets and restaurants. Not to mention, the hotel's breakfast was divine! the food selection was varied and delicious.

The bartender's attitude was a bit off, and he made it clear that it wasn't normal to serve drinks in the lobby.
