A comfortable and accessible room. The daily changing menu was a pleasant surprise. The dinner wine served in pitchers was a nice touch. The majority of the staff were friendly and helpful.

the private, secure parking was a major plus for me as I was traveling with my motorcycles. the room was clean and had windows that actually opened, which was a nice touch. the air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring comfort throughout my stay. the hotel's proximity to the center of town made it convenient for taking the train to and from Noyelle for the steam train to St Valerie. there was a fantastic patisserie nearby for delicious breakfast options. the hotel itself was smart and clean, with a pleasant bar and comfortable seating. the dining room and staff were also very enjoyable. it was a brilliant location for my trip, despite not being a fan of the town itself.

Travelling with my elderly parent, Mercure made sure our rooms were opposite each other and even provided limited mobility facilities. The evening receptionist was incredibly helpful. The restaurant served delicious meals with extensive breakfast options. The hotel itself was pleasant and comfortable, perfect for a stopover after Euro Tunnel travel. Secure parking is available, although it should be pre-booked. a wonderful experience and we will definitely use this hotel again on future trips to France.

The staff here were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a sitting area and a terrace where I could relax and take in the beautiful surroundings.

The breakfast was ok. There was a good selection of food available and the coffee was decent. the location of the hotel was also pretty central, so it was easy to walk to most places we wanted to go. We also liked the fact that there was a 24-hour reception, which was helpful when we arrived late.

It was small and not very clean. the walls were thin, so we could hear everything going on in the corridor and neighboring rooms.

We had a great stay in this city center hotel. Cleanliness was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were exactly what we expected. We found convenient parking in a nearby free car park without any height restrictions, which was perfect for our VW van. The location was ideal, as we were right in the main square, making it easy to explore the city during the evening. Both breakfast and dinner were included and were delicious. The staff were very helpful and attentive throughout our stay.
