Great location just a short distance from the stunning cathedral and the bustling city center. Parking was convenient and affordable, making it easy to explore the area.

Our room was uncomfortably warm despite the cool temperatures outside and the air conditioning not working. the noise from outside was disruptive, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the center of town and just steps away from the stunning cathedral. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom. I particularly appreciated the little extras, like the mini-fridge in the room and the kettle for making tea. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me and my two dogs feel right at home. the level of comfort and quality of service here exceeded my expectations.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right on a cathedral in the center of the city. This provides a stunning view from some of the rooms, adding to the overall experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful, ensuring a warm welcome and providing assistance throughout the stay. Additionally, the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices, including organic options, making it a great way to start the day.

The bar area seemed to be a bit short staffed, which may result in slower service at times.

The reception staff, Stephanie & Nathalie, were exceptionally friendly and helpful. the overall ambience of the hotel was warm and inviting. the buffet breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options. My room, a Privilege room, was spacious and quiet, with a comfortable bed and excellent WiFi connection. the underground car park nearby was convenient and reasonably priced. the location was perfect, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance, as well as the beautiful St Leu district. I highly recommend this hotel for a brilliant stay!

Thanksgiving getaway with family was nice. the room had a large bed and a sufficient supply of towels. the hotel was conveniently located near a beautiful attraction and several restaurants.

The air-conditioning in the room was ineffective, and the windows could not be opened due to the outside noise. the room did not have individual shampoo and conditioners, and worse still, the pillows were uncomfortable, leaving us with neck pains.

I recently stayed at Mercure in the center of town for a few days. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. the hotel was modern, well maintained, and had a clean and bright room with a great view of the Cathedral. the bed was comfortable, and the reception staff were very helpful. the room was spacious and fully equipped, with a fantastic shower area. I loved the small sofa by the window, perfect for relaxing while enjoying the view. the hotel is also dog-friendly, with plenty of areas nearby to take your pet for a walk. a perfect place for a short break or as a base for exploring the Somme area.
