During our city trip, we had a great time staying at this hotel. the location was perfect and all the key sightseeing spots were within walking distance. We enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff who made our stay really enjoyable. the rooms were also comfortable with all the essential amenities provided.

The room we stayed in was not very soundproof and we could hear noises from the neighboring rooms. the Wi-Fi connection was also not very stable, which was a bit inconvenient.

We had a lovely stay at Mercure Centre. The staff were welcoming and helpful, especially the receptionist who assisted us with the bus schedule. The location is excellent, right in the shopping centre and minutes away from the old town, lake, and train/bus station. The room was excellent, with a beautiful bathroom and comfortable bed. The breakfast had a good choice and quality, definitely worth the money. a practical and comfortable stay that we would recommend to family and friends.

The Mercure in Annecy was a pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with a separate toilet and bathroom. The location was ideal, only a short walk to the charming old town and beautiful lake. Public parking was available nearby, and the hotel paid for parking during the night. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel.

Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique dans cette villa. Les deux appartements individuels étaient parfaits pour notre groupe d'amis. Chacun avait sa propre salle de bain, cuisine et chambre. L'escalier intérieur nous permettait de circuler facilement entre les deux appartements, mais il y avait aussi une porte extérieure pour plus d'intimité. La cuisine extérieure avec barbecue était incroyable et la grande piscine était très agréable.
