The location was great, as it was close to everything I needed and in a quiet area. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were professional, welcoming, and genuine. The hotel facilities were modern and comfortable, with spacious rooms and free wifi. I particularly enjoyed the fitness room, sauna, and jacuzzi. The barman at the hotel was amazing, serving food and providing impressive knowledge about wine. the hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of location, comfort, cleanliness, and friendly staff.

We had a great experience at this hotel! The location is not the best, but it is still walkable to shopping areas and not too far from the city center. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. The room amenities were impressive, including a comfortable bed, a spacious and well-equipped room, and a lovely terrace. The hotel also had a fantastic spa and wellness center, with a sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and we enjoyed our time relaxing in the sun terrace. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

We stayed at Mercure for one night during our visit to Grenoble. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the Nuxe toiletries were a nice touch. The complimentary minibar, Nespresso machine, and madeleines were a pleasant surprise. The carpet was clean, the pillows and duvet were top-notch, and the breakfast offered a great variety of high-quality options. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the private parking in the underground garage was convenient and reasonably priced. Despite being located next to a road, our room on the 4th floor was quiet.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Grenoble and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and appearance of the accommodations. The receptionist handled the room allocations with cheerfulness, despite the influx of guests due to flight cancellations. The room was spacious, with a large double bed and an already made-up sofa bed. The ensuite bathroom was nice and clean. The hotel also had amenities such as a small pool, sauna, and gym.

Although I have to mention that the air conditioning in the room wasn't the best and there were a few inconveniences like narrow entrance to the garage and using cards to open rooms, overall I had a positive experience at the hotel.

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to everything you need to get around. It's just a short walk to the cable car station for the Bastille fort, and it's also convenient to the train station. The rooms are comfortable with modern bathrooms, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offers a great selection.
