the staff was very friendly and the location was perfect for exploring the old town. the room, although a bit small for the price, was comfortable and had a great view of the clock tower. I loved the Nespresso machine in the room, and the bed was super comfortable. the breakfast was excellent, with a variety of hot and cold food options. I had a positive experience at this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. the staff at Mercure were incredibly helpful, accommodating, and knowledgeable. They made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. the rooms were cozy and comfortable, although I would have appreciated an extra pillow. the location of the hotel couldn't have been better, and I loved the view from my room on the 4th floor. the breakfast, which was included in my room rate, was also enjoyable.

We had a great weekend break at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. We were able to easily explore the main squares, shopping streets, and restaurants, all within walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with amenities like an ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. We also enjoyed the view of the clock tower from our room. The hotel had a unique and interesting architecture, adding to its charm.

We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Located right in the centre of town, this hotel is a perfect base for exploring the surrounding area. Situated in the old town centre, it is just a short walk away from the vibrant Christmas markets. The rooms are modern and comfortable, offering a superbly comfortable bed and a cracking view. The bar staff are lovely and attentive, ensuring a relaxed and enjoyable stay.

Perfect romantic escape! the cozy suite made our stay unforgettable. the breakfast had a wide variety of delicious food and drinks to choose from. the location was close to charming cafes and shops- we enjoyed walking and exploring the area.

The elevator was out of order, and we had to use the stairs every time we left the room, which was not ideal for romantic retreats. the gym could use some equipment updates as well, but it did not affect our romantic escape.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a few steps away from the Old Town Square and a short 15-minute walk from the main train station. Our room was modern and although it was small, it still provided us with a comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a great choice of food and the staff were really nice and helpful. Despite a few drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and pleasant experience.
