We had a very comfortable stay at Mercure. The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The giant TV screen in the room made it feel like a home cinema experience. We also enjoyed the nice view over the Part Dieu neighborhood. The hotel's location was perfect for us, as we are fans of contemporary architecture and city planning. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and we were satisfied with the quality of the food. we would recommend this hotel for a weekend break in a city with lots to offer.

The hotel is centrally located and easily accessible to public transportation. Convenient parking options for rental cars. Clean and nice rooms. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds, including a sofa bed that feels like a regular bed. Separate toilet and shower/sink. Large TV screen. No noise from outside.

Had a great Xmas stay here! Breakfast was delicious and included in the price. Loved the helpful and friendly staff who went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant holiday. The location was perfect for exploring the city; we were able to easily access transportation to other areas of interest. The rooms were also spacious and comfortable.

The hotel's underground car park was not very secure; we had a few items stolen from our bike which was parked too close to the main entrance.

The hotel is conveniently located right beside the train station, making it a perfect choice for families with young children in strollers. Moreover, the Rhône Express Gare Part Dieu station is literally next to the hotel, providing easy access for those traveling to and from the airport. Additionally, the hotel is near the major food market, which is just a 20-minute walk away.

The restaurant food was a letdown, with issues such as tired lettuce and uncooked fish.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for exploring the city, with public transport options right on my doorstep. I loved being able to hop on the train or tram and easily explore different parts of the city. The room was spacious and extremely clean, with all the amenities I could ask for. The room rate was extremely favourable given the location and the facilities in the room. I was able to check in early with no extra charge, and the tariff for a late checkout was very reasonable. All in all, fantastic value for money! The beds were very comfy, and bathrooms really nice. Rooms are a nice size. The location is right next to the train station.which was good for traveling.but far from the things you will want to see. The hotel is very nice from the lobby to the rooms.
