Good location as it is near public transportation and shopping areas. We also appreciated the complimentary toiletries and daily cleaning service. Breakfast was also included in our stay and offered a variety of options to choose from.

Our New Year’s Eve stay was a complete letdown. Check-in took forever, and the staff was unfriendly and not helpful at all.

We recently stayed at Mercure in Lyon for a few days. The location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was incredibly close to the subway. It made it convenient for starting our sight-seeing trip. We were also pleased with the excellent service from the staff, who were friendly and went above and beyond to help us. The young man on the late shift even gave us directions to find a shop where we could buy a charging cable for our tablet. Additionally, the shower head was fantastic, and our room was superb. We also enjoyed a nice breakfast during our stay.
