I had a fantastic stay at this hotel - the staff was extremely nice and the breakfast was rich. The room was clean and nice, with a modern touch. The bathroom was also super clean and spacious, with a separate toilet. The bedroom was huge and the beds were comfy. The hotel's location was perfect, with the shuttle to Mont St. Michel leaving just in front of the hotel. I could also easily walk to the Mont in 25 minutes along a straight road, enjoying the beautiful view the whole time.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, right across from the shuttle stop. The reception staff was welcoming and stored our luggage. The bed was comfortable and breakfast buffet had great options. I recommend this hotel.

My purpose for visiting Mont-Saint-Michel was to explore the historic village, and Mercure offered the perfect location. With a shuttle bus stop just 50 meters from the entrance, it was easy to reach the famous landmark or take a pleasant 45-minute walk. The staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. I was delighted with my comfortable and quiet room on the first floor, which had a lovely view of a lush lawn and a glimpse of Mont-Saint-Michel. The air conditioning was top-notch, providing a quiet and effective cooling system. The free internet was reliable, and I appreciate that there was an option to purchase high-speed internet for a reasonable fee. Lastly, the restaurant staff were happy and accommodating, even giving me a couple of glasses for my room upon request.

I highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing location close to the castle, convenient shuttle every 15 minutes. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Great for backpackers.

I had a wonderful stay here! The hotel's location was perfect - right next to a shuttle stop that took me to Mont Saint Michel within just a few minutes. Plus, the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They even helped me book a dinner reservation at check-in to ensure I had a lovely evening. The room was also well-equipped with all the amenities I needed, including Wi-Fi and a mini-bar. I especially loved the sun terrace and garden area, which were perfect for soaking up the sun.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the iconic Mont Saint Michel and horse and carriage rides available right outside. the nearby restaurants offered delicious food and added convenience.

Parking was a major issue, as we were unaware of the specific entrance and ended up in the wrong lot, causing frustration and extra expenses. Additionally, the rooms were not cozy and the building itself felt old and not up to par with the price.

The food in the restaurant was excellent, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were decent size and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located with a bus stop right outside that takes you to Mount-Saint-Michel.

The WiFi was unreliable, constantly logging off and slow. the TV in the room was not able to access multinational channels or apps, which was disappointing.

This place has a great location right at the stop of the shuttle bus and just outside of Mont St Michel island. The service room service was excellent and the staff were very kind and gave good service. The room amenities, such as heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities, were perfect for enhanced comfort. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms and soundproofed rooms were a nice touch. The dining restaurant had a great selection of food, including special diet menus, and the bar/lounge area was a nice place to relax. The leisure sun terrace and garden area were perfect for enjoying the beautiful surroundings.
