The pillows were incredibly comfortable and the bathroom with the shower was sparkling clean. We also loved having a balcony in our room, it added a nice touch. The location of the hotel felt safe and we enjoyed the convenience of having an Italian restaurant just across the street and a bakery and mini-supermarket nearby. The staff were amazing and always ready to help with any questions we had. The hotel was also conveniently located near the city center and accessible by bus until late at night. we highly recommend Mercure for its great location, super friendly staff, and amazing amenities.
