We had a fantastic time at Mont-Blanc Val D'Isere. the hotel had a beautiful design with a mix of warm chalet feeling and modern style that really impressed us. the facilities were great, including the convenient ski equipment rental at the same price as the village. It was only a 5-minute walk to the slopes and there was a free shuttle available during the day. the hotel's location was also ideal, being just 5 minutes away from the center of Val d'Isere and all the great restaurants.

We had a fantastic city break with lovely helpful staff and great service. the hotel had a superb location with nearby restaurants and other amenities, making our trip very comfortable. we were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the transport staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

While the hotel had an impressive standard, the room was smaller than expected, and there was limited storage for winter clothing. we found that the hotel charged exorbitant fees for a taxi ride to Tignes, and we were not pleased with how the situation was handled.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. They responded quickly to any queries we had and provided excellent service. the shuttle service and ski hire downstairs were very convenient amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable.

There was one major issue that greatly affected our experience. One night, we urgently needed a taxi for a work conference in Tignes.

We also appreciated the parking available and the free shuttle to the center of Val d'Isère. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful ski vacation.
