The hotel is conveniently located in front of the castle and overlooks the walls of the city. The rooms are modern and clean, with comfortable beds and well-maintained bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast options are varied and delicious.

Some parts of the hotel do not have air conditioning, which can make it uncomfortable during hot days.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Montmorency & Spa. The location was perfect, just outside the old city walls, and the hotel was surrounded by beautiful gardens. The private parking was convenient, and I loved that it was only a short walk to the main modern town. The bar in the hotel was fantastic, and the hosts and staff were always pleasant and efficient. The service was great, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxed and enjoyable stay.

The Montmorency & Spa in Carcassonne was a perfect choice for our stay. The location just outside the old city walls was ideal, and we loved the lovely gardens and private parking. The hotel staff were pleasant and efficient, and our rooms were even ready early. The bar in the hotel was excellent, and the food was good. a great experience.

just had an amazing stay at montmorency & spa! the views from the breakfast terrace were absolutely breathtaking, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing in the afternoon. the location couldn't be better, right in front of the castle. the beds were super comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Perfect location for exploring the historic fortress. Our ground floor unit had a small porch and yard, great for drying clothes. The staff was helpful, even giving us directions to the main office across the street. a recommended stay.
