During my Christmas vacation at this hotel, I really liked the fact that the staff was friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to assist me and make my stay comfortable. the location of the hotel was perfect. It was conveniently situated near key attractions and amenities, making it easy for me to explore the city and find everything I needed. Another advantage that I enjoyed was the cozy and festive atmosphere in the hotel during the holiday season.

There were a few things that I disliked about my experience at this hotel. the parking situation was quite difficult.

amazing weekend trip, surpassed previous expectations in Nice. Bright, clean, well-equipped apartment. Comfortable bed, lovely shower. Helpful staff, great location near shops, restaurants, and the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

The location of the apartment was perfect. It was close to the promenade, the beach, and shopping areas. Additionally, there was a supermarket nearby, making it convenient for buying groceries. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, always available to answer any questions or assist with parking.

Convenient location, just a few minutes from the seafront and local amenities. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and good WI-FI connection. I had a great time exploring the nearby attractions and the transportation options were easily accessible. Despite some minor maintenance issues, the staff were helpful and allowed me to check in early. I would recommend this place for a short break in Nice.

We rented 3 apartments for 3 days with a group of friends from the US. Easy check-in just half a block away. The staff were friendly and helpful. The kitchen in our apartment was well equipped, and the rooms looked really nice with big windows. There was a great bakery around the corner, and the location was very close to the Promenade de Anglais. It was like living like a local, with plenty of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. a great experience staying at Appart.
