Novotel is our favorite chain within the Accor group. The fact that our well-behaved dog is not only allowed but welcome everywhere is a huge bonus as she is 12 years old and a member of the family! All staff were friendly and efficient, the room was well-equipped and comfortable. Great location right alongside the motorway, perfect for traveling to/from the ferry port. Lovely clean facilities with a heated outdoor pool. Secure car park, gym, outdoor pool, and nice restaurant with helpful friendly staff. Good wifi.

Purely commercial with no nearby restaurants, but acceptable evening meal, free parking.

Nice stopover hotel. the rooms are well-furnished with comfy beds that guarantee a good night's sleep. There is a good selection of food and drink available at breakfast, and the gym is well equipped for a quick workout. the hotel is conveniently located just off the motorway, so provides the perfect stopover for those on a long trip.

The dinner options were quite limited compared to other hotels, and the prices were a little high for the selection available. the pool and playroom for kids were smaller than expected, so might not be much fun for older children.

Our recent stay at Novotel was a pleasant one. The convenient location made it a great pit stop during our road trip. The kids were delighted with the soft toys they received from the staff, and they enjoyed the children's playroom and pool. The buffet dinner option worked well for us, especially with little ones, and the breakfast food was really good. Despite the room interior being a bit outdated, the bathroom was modern and well-maintained. Novotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

We recently stayed at a hotel near the main autoroute and were pleasantly surprised by our experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was up to standard. The staff provided excellent service, being friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Despite some negative comments about breakfast in other reviews, we found the selection and quality of food to be satisfactory. The hotel also had convenient facilities such as a secure car park and activities for children. In difficult circumstances, everything was well organized by the hotel staff. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for our journey to the Narbonne area.

We did encounter one negative aspect during our stay. The towels in the room clearly needed refurbishing, as they were not up to the standard we expected.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel here and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The location was rather poor and reflected pre-made portions delivered from a centrally prepared process plant, but it was ideal for us as an overnight stay to break up our journey. The hotel was conveniently located near the motorway, making it easy to find and providing quick access to and from our destination. The service here was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping all available.

I recommend this hotel to all.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us as it was situated in a quiet area just off the motorway. This made it incredibly convenient for a stopover during our journey. The hotel provided excellent service, with room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry available. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. We especially appreciated the soundproofed rooms, as they ensured a peaceful and restful sleep. The hotel also had a beautiful terrace where we could relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. we were very impressed with the quality and comfort this hotel provided.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Stayed at a Novotel on our way home, perfect mid-way stopover. Easy to find, super friendly staff, and accommodated our dog. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and good food. Pool open till late, check-out at midday. Plenty of games and a computer games room.
