As a tourist, I loved the large room with easy unpacking and a balcony. Despite its central location, it was surprisingly quiet. The staff, especially Oumi, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel had excellent facilities such as toiletries and a quick check-out process. it provided a comfortable and pleasant experience.

I really liked the location of this hotel, as it was right beside the railway station. It made it so convenient for me to travel around without any hassle. The service provided by the staff at the reception desk was top-notch. They were friendly and helpful, making my stay here even more enjoyable. The room amenities were great too, with air conditioning, an in-room safe, and free toiletries. I also appreciated the presence of an electric kettle in the room, as I love having a hot cup of tea before bedtime. The flat-screen TV and the comfortable carpeted floor added to the overall coziness of the room.

The buffet breakfast at the hotel was a bit overpriced. However, I would still recommend this place to everyone because of its excellent location and the quality of service provided.

Stayed here for New Year's Eve with friends. Conveniently located near the train station and bus stops, which made it easy to explore the city. the staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean and nicely furnished. Plus, the breakfast buffet provided plenty of options to start the new year off right.

The noise was unbearable. the walls and doors were thin, and we could hear everything going on outside and in the neighboring rooms.

The Novotel Lyon Centre Part Dieu was a fantastic choice for our stay in Lyon. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the train station. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a large room to unpack our suitcases easily. The balcony was a lovely addition, and despite the central location, it was surprisingly quiet. The helpful staff, especially a young lady who provided great local advice, made our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the quick check-out process and complimentary toiletries were a bonus.
