The location was perfect, right by the metro and close to historical places. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing with lots to choose from. The room was clean and comfortable, with free bottles of water provided.

I loved that I could walk to many sightseeing attractions like the Lourve and Notre Dame. Plus, the hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options including hot breakfast, cheese, pastries, cereals, and more. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience even better. I couldn't ask for a better hotel in terms of location, cleanliness, transportation options, and the friendly staff.

The staff went above and beyond to provide extraordinary customer service. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection, though it was busy. we loved our stay and couldn't fault it.

The staff gave wonderful service, with the receptionist and manager both acknowledging what politeness and service mean. The room was spacious, air-conditioned, and had plenty of amenities like an electric kettle and free Wi-Fi. The housekeeping service was also excellent and kept the room clean throughout my stay.

I recently stayed at Novotel Les Halles for a week-long trip to explore the city. The hotel's location was perfect, situated near the River Seine and main attractions. Additionally, there were plenty of shops and restaurants right on our doorstep. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel offered a children's retreat to keep my little one entertained. They even provided complementary umbrellas for a rainy day. The room was clean, well-equipped, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options.
