During our Christmas stay, we were delighted to find that the hotel offered a fantastic breakfast buffet with a variety of delicious options. It was the perfect way to start our day! the staff at the reception were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel's location was also a major plus, as it was easy to find and offered free parking, which was a great convenience.

There were a few aspects of our stay that left us disappointed. the rooms were not up to par, with worn-out covers and a smaller size than we expected for a family room.

The Novotel Reims Tinqueux is a great hotel for families with small kids. The staff behind the bar, Bernard and Nicolas, were attentive, professional, and knowledgeable. They were especially helpful in recommending local produce and even providing samples. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The service from the staff was excellent, making us feel welcome and well taken care of. The breakfast offered a good selection and was well-stocked. The outdoor pool was a nice feature, perfect for a swim on a warm day.

The bar prices were a bit high compared to other hotels in the area.

The hotel is conveniently located just off the autoroute, making it a great stopover for those traveling south. It is also well-situated for exploring the charming villages along the Champagne route and even for skiing. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The buffet breakfast is enjoyable, with a good variety of options. The hotel also offers facilities such as an outdoor pool and outside seating areas.

The restaurant menu for dinner is somewhat limited, which may not cater to all tastes.

Excellent pool, poor air conditioning. We stayed during a hot period and had trouble with our air conditioning. We requested it to be fixed, but it didn't improve. At last, on our final night, we were given a room with functioning air conditioning. However, the pool was amazing and provided a much-needed relief from the heat. I would recommend this hotel.

Convenient location near motorway and plenty of nearby restaurants. Spotlessly clean with recent makeover. Nice pool area and great facilities including bar, restaurant, gardens, and children's play area. English-speaking staff are friendly and helpful. Complimentary swim towels provided.

We had a wonderful Xmas break in a great location just off the motorway. Our room was spotlessly clean and had comfortable beds. We particularly enjoyed the fantastic breakfast included in the offer and the lovely complementary mince pies and mulled wine offered on arrival. The staff were friendly and helpful, giving us suggestions on where to find local Xmas markets to visit.

The outside facilities and the lawn could be better maintained, and the pool was not heated. It would also have been better if the staff had checked the wine before serving it, as the first bottle we received was off.

As young families, we loved the family section with toys and the Xbox in the reception area. The breakfast was excellent and had special treats like PIZ sweets on arrival. The hotel's proximity to a big Carrefour was convenient for filling up with cheap fuel.

We felt very secure and had no reason to complain.

Although it was in a commercial area on the outskirts of the city, the surroundings weren't particularly charming, but it was great for a quick stopover. The service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was well-appointed and had all the amenities I needed, including heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The hotel also had a lovely garden area with comfortable seating, which was a nice touch.
