wow! novotel truly exceeded my expectations this time in strasbourg. mr. muneer went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable - from finding adjacent executive suites for my kids to helping plan our sightseeing. the huge shopping mall next door was a bonus, and their transportation service was perfect.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, with a discotheque booming until 2am right next door and a large shopping centre just steps away. It was also fairly close to the train station, making it easy for me to explore the city. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and bell staff/porter available at my convenience. The housekeeping kept my room immaculate, and the shops and commercial services on-site were an added bonus. I also appreciated the soundproofed rooms, as I was able to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep.

During my recent stay at Novotel, I was pleased to find a comfortable room with an excellent shower and separate toilet. The grab handle in the shower was a thoughtful touch, ensuring safety and convenience. The location of the hotel was fantastic, being very close to the train station and the charming old town. Additionally, the secure parking under the hotel gave me peace of mind for my vehicle. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were always helpful and nice. I had a convenient and comfortable overnight stay in a central location.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city. We were able to easily walk to all the major attractions and restaurants. The public parking lot was also a great convenience, with plenty of spaces available. the room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast offered was delicious and reasonably priced.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. the lifts in the hotel were not all functioning during our visit, which was quite inconvenient.
