We were extremely impressed with our recent stay at Novotel Suites. The room was spacious and well-appointed, providing us with all the comforts we needed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The shower was excellent, with great water pressure and temperature control. We appreciated the can-do service of the staff, who were able to assist us in both French and English. The breakfast offered at the hotel was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. We also took advantage of the 24/7 snack bar and bar in the hotel, which provided us with convenience and refreshments throughout our stay. The free shuttle service to and from the airport was a lifesaver, making our transit seamless and stress-free. Additionally, the hotel's location, within walking distance of an interesting botanical garden, was a pleasant surprise. we had a fantastic experience at Novotel Suites and would highly recommend it to others.

The location of this hotel was very convenient, as it was close to both the train station and the airport. It was only a short walk from the tram station, making it easy to explore the city or travel back to the airport. The room was exceptionally beautiful and clean, offering a comfortable stay. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and the swimming pool was a great facility to relax and unwind.

The only downside was that there was a problem with the shower drainage, which caused water to accumulate on the floor.

Liked the free breakfast and WiFi which kept me connected with family and friends back home. the hotel is at a strategic location near the airport, tram stop, and train station, making it easy to move around the city. Loved the spacious and well-equipped rooms with great views of the city.

the swimming pool was fully enclosed by the high-rise building which meant it was mostly in the shade. Otherwise, it's a great hotel for travelers in transit.
