The hotel is in a great location, right in front of the train central station. It is conveniently located near restaurants and the city center. The staff is friendly and helpful, offering suggestions and guidance about the city. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, with comfortable beds. The hotel is situated in a slightly seedy area, especially at night.

We had a warm welcome from the manager, who spoke perfect English and provided us with a city map and helpful advice on nearby attractions. The room was small but clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and a balcony overlooking the street. The hotel's location near the train and bus stations made it convenient for our travels. Despite some noise from the area, we had a pleasant stay at Occitania Centre Toulouse Matabiau. I would recommend this hotel for its value and convenient location.

Great value for money and excellent location - close to transport and dining options. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing helpful advice. The room was small but comfortable, with a clean and modern bathroom. I appreciated the flat screen TV and Wi-Fi access.

The street noise outside was quite loud, especially at night. The walls of the room were also thin and not very soundproof.
