the room was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. It was great to have air conditioning, which was much needed. the receptionist at check-in was friendly and helpful. Although we only stayed for one night and didn't use the common areas, I could see that there is a bar on the ground floor and a kitchen on another floor, making it easy for solo travelers to meet new people. our experience at Pilo was really nice and I appreciated the amenities they offered.
