We had a late arrival and were surprised to see a pair of ladies' panties on the floor next to our bed. the front desk was unattended, but the next morning, when we informed the staff, they immediately came to our room and saw the underwear. They were very helpful and offered us a complimentary coffee. the staff at B&B Hotel was pleasant and accommodating throughout our stay. the room was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable, and we had a peaceful night's sleep. There were also two restaurants within a 10-minute walk, providing dining options. despite being a bit pricey for a short stopover, the hotel served its purpose, and we would recommend it.
