The location of this place was absolutely amazing, it was right in the heart of everything! The rooms were clean and had all the necessary amenities. The kitchen facilities looked great, although we didn't get a chance to use them. The shower had fantastic water pressure and the room was a decent size for the price. Plus, the staff was accommodating when it came to our room situation. a great stay!

We stayed at the Privilodges for a few nights and it was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to the old town and the lake. The onsite parking, though a tight squeeze, was a big plus and the AC in the room was a welcome relief. The sofa bed was larger than expected and very comfortable for our family of four. The kitchenette was convenient and the terrace overlooking the park was a lovely spot to relax in the evening. We would definitely stay here again!

I had a fantastic experience at Privilodges - Apparthotel. the location was excellent, allowing me to walk to all the important attractions within 5 to 10 minutes. I even had a stunning view of Église Notre-Dame-de-Liesse right from my window. the hotel staff was accommodating when I requested a day extension, providing it immediately at a subsidized price. the room was spacious enough for the three of us, with a convenient kitchenette. the hotel's central location made it easy to find, and there was both on-site and off-site parking options available. I highly recommend this place for its convenience and helpful staff.

The location of Privilodges Le Royal - Apparthotel was perfect for exploring Old Town Annecy. We loved being able to walk to all the tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Having a little kitchenette was convenient, although we didn't use it. The staff was friendly and the continental breakfast was good. we had a great stay at Privilodges Le Royal - Apparthotel.

Great location and good price for a small apartment. We were able to walk to all the sites in the city in 15 minutes or less. Food and shopping are within two minutes and there are small grocery stores within five minutes. The apartment was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a sofa bed that our daughters loved. The secured private parking made our stay convenient, and the playground next to the building was a bonus. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was easy. The free coffee machine in the kitchen was a nice touch.
