great location, amazing value for money in bordeaux citycentre. rooms are cozy, bathroom is spacious. loved the fair trade products provided. staff was very helpful and spoke english. the buffet breakfast had lactose-free milk. payment made after stay, which is appreciated. highly recommended!

I recently stayed at Quality Hotel in an excellent location within walking distance of key sites, shops, and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. A gluten-free breakfast was available, but we chose to eat elsewhere. Great location, quiet rooms, and good bedding allowing for a restful night's sleep.

The comfortable room has a big shower, air conditioning, a fridge, and a Nespresso machine with additional sachets on request. The staff is cheerful and helpful, and the half-price drinks during early evening are a great bonus.

We had an issue with inconsistent water supply during our stay, but the staff provided more when we asked for it.
