I had a great stay at Christina. the hotel was very clean and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff. the wifi was excellent, and the breakfast was good. the beds were very comfortable, and I appreciated having a bath and shower in the bathroom. the air conditioning worked well, and it was only a short 8-10 minute walk to the Lourdes Sanctuary.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel in Lourdes. The room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely garden view. It was great to have both a TV and aircon in the room. The hotel's location by the calming riverside was perfect, not far from the Sanctuary but away from the crowds. Breakfast was included and it was truly excellent.

All aspects of the hotel were ok.

Great food and friendly staff. During our Easter break, we stayed in a hotel that had excellent food, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were also very impressed with the great location of the hotel, which was close to many tourist sites and attractions. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and had amazing views of the surrounding area.

Very old rooms and poor facilities. However, despite the great experience we had with the staff and food, the hotel itself had very old rooms that were not modernized at all. The facilities were also subpar, lacking basic amenities like modern elevators and adequate lighting. Unfortunately, these negative aspects left a bad impression on our overall stay and affected our ability to enjoy the hotel to its fullest potential.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I liked the fact that the rooms were always clean and tidy. It was a great relief to come back to a spotless room after a long day of exploring. the restaurant service was excellent, with friendly staff who provided great service throughout our stay. The food was also very good, with a variety of options to choose from. It was a pleasure to have delicious meals without having to worry about cooking or finding a restaurant outside.

There were a couple of things that I didn't like about this hotel. the lack of electric sockets in the room was quite inconvenient.

Comfortable bed, great river views, convenient secure garage within walking distance. Friendly staff, manager went above and beyond to provide excellent service. Reception staff helpful, room upgrade with two bathrooms. Spotlessly clean, enjoyable dinner and good value breakfast. Easy walk to sanctuary and center.

The location of this hotel is superb! It's quiet yet still close to all the main attractions. We had a stunning view of the river from our room and the top floor terrace. The beds were super comfy too. The staff were incredibly nice and friendly, especially Alexi who went above and beyond by picking us up from the bus terminal when there were no taxis available. The service was exceptional! The breakfast was delicious and the staff serving us were a credit to the hotel. The warm welcome we received was mind-blowing, and any issues we had were quickly resolved. a fantastic stay with excellent amenities and outstanding service.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and we enjoyed lovely views of the river from our room and the terrace on the top floor. the reception staff were extremely helpful, even assisting us with our bags. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade that included two bathrooms. the hotel may have some tired decorations, but overall it was spotlessly clean. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. Plus, the hotel's location allowed us to easily walk to the Sanctuary and the center of town. the secure parking in the hotel's garage was convenient and gave us peace of mind.
