Great location close to the old town. Family room was spacious and ideal for a family of 5. Secure parking available. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel's Wi-Fi code did not work in some rooms.

Food for breakfast could have been better.

The breakfast was excellent, offering a good selection of pastries, cold meats, cheese, and eggs. the location was convenient, with many restaurants within walking distance. the room was clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The room we had was small and lacking in natural light. the beds were uncomfortable, and the pillows were of poor quality.

This hotel is a great value for money, especially considering its central location in Beaune. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are comfortable and have nice amenities, such as separate baths and a small balcony. The hotel also offers a delicious breakfast with homemade goodies, and it would be even better if hot food was included. One detail that stood out to me is the attention to detail, like the mezzanine in some rooms where our daughters slept. Another detail I appreciated was the secure parking provided, which gave us peace of mind during our stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the town centre, making it easy to explore the local attractions. Additionally, it is in close proximity to the local police station, ensuring a sense of security. The surrounding hills of the Côte d'Or provide a picturesque view from the hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and attractively furnished, offering a pleasant stay for guests. The staff is helpful and friendly, providing excellent service. The breakfast is outstanding, with a variety of homemade and locally sourced products.

There is no elevator in the hotel, which can be inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage to the rooms.

The location of The Originals Boutique was excellent, allowing us to easily explore the town on foot. The room we stayed in was clean and tidy, perfect for our overnight stop. Additionally, we found the automatic metal shutters and curtains to be a great feature, as they effectively blocked out the noise from the street.

There were a few drawbacks during our stay. The A/C was not working properly, resulting in a hot room, as the apartment was under the roof.

The hotel was very clean and had excellent facilities. The parking was convenient and the location was close to the center of town. The staff were friendly and helpful.
