Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Die Lage war perfekt, nur wenige Minuten von der lebhaften Khao San Road entfernt und direkt am Fluss. Unser Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel und hatte sogar ein eigenes Bad, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Obwohl das Frühstück nicht so gut war, gab es in der Nähe viele gute Restaurants zur Auswahl. Der Pool war eine tolle Ergänzung und perfekt, um sich nach einem langen Tag zu erfrischen. Wir können dieses Hotel definitiv empfehlen!

Es wäre schön, wenn der Gemeinschaftsraum besser ausgestattet wäre.

I loved the hotel's location. It was close to lovely restaurants which were perfect for taking away and it was also close to a Metro Station. The hotel was situated in a dark alley, which added to its charm and made it feel more secluded. Additionally, it was conveniently close to Gare de Lyon. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing helpful assistance throughout our stay.

We had an incredible stay at a beautiful and cozy hotel with amazing staff. The rooftop patio offered a breathtaking view of the city, especially during Bastille day fireworks. The room was clean and comfortable, and the customer service was outstanding, even going above and beyond to ensure our safety when we arrived late at night.

We did experience a lack of staff availability at certain times, and there were some issues with room cleaning and communication. Additionally, the hotel could benefit from additional hooks for hanging coats and improved lighting.

The hotel is conveniently located close to lovely restaurants perfect for takeaways, metro and Eiffel Tower. Some rooms come with a balcony and kitchenette featuring attention to detail and an Eiffel Tower view. The staff provides excellent service and basic amenities are available. Breakfast is a must-try.

During our stay at Rayz Eiffel, we were pleasantly surprised by the modern and chic decor of the hotel. Our room, located on the top floor, had a balcony with a breathtaking view of a famous landmark. The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable, providing us with a restful night's sleep. The bathroom, although small, was beautifully decorated and the shower was a delight.

Although there were a few minor inconveniences, such as the basin in the bathroom not draining well and the need to provide personal data to a police database, these did not overshadow our overall positive experience at Rayz Eiffel.

Bed is incredibly comfortable and bathroom is beautifully decorated with a great shower. Staff is friendly and helpful, assisting with laundry and transportation. Convenient location near metro and restaurants.

The location is absolutely fantastic, with easy access to Gare de Lyon, the Eiffel Tower, and the metro. The rooms are beautifully decorated and have everything you could possibly need, including a well-equipped kitchenette. The bathroom is spotless and has a fantastic make-up/shaving mirror. The service provided by the staff is top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff ready to assist you. The breakfast, which can be enjoyed on a balcony with a view, is of high quality and includes delicious pastries and fresh fruit.

Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that my check-in was smooth and allowing me to have a room with a nice view of the Eiffel Tower. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped and comfortable, with a huge king-size bed that provided a great night's sleep.
