We enjoyed our stay at this hotel located in the countryside. The freezing cold restaurant provided a unique dining experience, allowing us to savor our meals in the midst of nature. The room was comfortable and clean, with elegant decorations that added a touch of sophistication. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that we had a pleasant stay. Despite the lack of tea and coffee facilities in the rooms, the beautiful surroundings and peaceful atmosphere made up for it.

We were disappointed by the expensive breakfast offered at the hotel, so we decided not to eat there.

Premier Collection! We were blown away by the stunning refurbishment of this old building. The exposed beams and original stone walls combined with modern facilities create a truly enchanting atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, even with our two dogs and a 6-week-old baby. The breakfast was great with a wide variety of options. The hotel grounds were beautifully maintained, and the peaceful surroundings were perfect for a relaxing stroll around the lake. We will definitely be returning! we highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was set in a beautiful location, surrounded by a river and trees, it felt like we were in the middle of nature. the rooms were well designed and had plenty of electrical plugs, which was great to charge our devices. the staff were friendly and took the time to show us around the facilities.

The room we stayed in was on the small side and felt a bit cramped, but it was still adequate for our needs. we wished we had more time to explore the nearby golf course, but we were only there for a brief stay.

Located near St Malo for easy access to the ferry, this hotel offers a beautiful view of the lake from the attractive restaurant. The rooms are large and airy, providing a comfortable stay. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience, and the breakfast offers a variety of options. The hotel also has a pool and lovely gardens, perfect for relaxation.

The nearby restaurants were closed or fully booked, leaving guests with limited dining options.

The value for money at De L'Abbaye was great and the room was comfortable with lovely decor. The location was perfect for catching the ferry from St Malo and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel breakfast menu could benefit from a wider variety of options.

The superb lakeside gardens were the perfect spot for sipping afternoon tea. The friendly staff quickly realized I needed their assistance at the bar, while juggling their other tasks. The beautifully renovated rooms made me feel like royalty.

Oh, and I couldn't help but find it utterly amusing that the shower in room 3 seemed to have been strategically placed to keep guests on their toes. Very clever, indeed.
