Our spacious apartment offered a great view of the iconic Eiffel Tower. It was well-equipped with a kitchen and clean linens. Although there were some minor defects in the apartment as mentioned in the reviews, we had a comfortable stay. Overall I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Paris.

The Residence Charles Floquet Paris exceeded my expectations in every way. the prices were incredibly reasonable for the value received. Secondly, the attention to detail was impeccable, from the spacious rooms to the indelible view of the Eiffel Tower. Lastly, the location in a quiet area provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome by Marc. This was my third stay at Residence Charles Floquet, and it truly felt like my home away from home in Paris. The 2-bedroom apartment on the 5th floor was exactly what I requested, and its spaciousness was a refreshing change from other hotel rooms. The highlight was the breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower from the two balconies, where I could watch the lights sparkle every hour. The location was perfect, with easy access to the metro and attractions. The apartment had all the amenities I needed, including a washer and dryer. Thank you to Marc for another beautiful stay! I recently stayed at this well-located hotel for a few days and it was perfect. The spacious apartment was clean and had quality furniture. The kitchen was fully equipped and the bathrooms were in great condition with clean towels provided. The best part was the view of the Eiffel Tower from the living room window. There were also plenty of restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores nearby, making it convenient for our stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, yet is only a short walk away from the stunning views of the Eiffel Tower. The basic amenities were more than enough for our stay, and the staff were very attentive to our needs.

We had an amazing time in a spacious apartment with a breathtaking Eiffel Tower view. The location is perfect for families, with plenty of nice restaurants and cafes nearby and it's very close to the Eiffel Tower. It's also easy to get to other attractions, and the area is safe to walk around at night.
