the staff were extremely friendly and spoke both French and English. the breakfast was delicious and the dinner, with local influenced meals, was also enjoyable. the apartment had a great view of the sunny Mountains and the pool was nice and warm. the spa massage was excellent according to my wife. We even brought our small dog and it was accepted in the common areas. we were very satisfied and we're already planning to come back next year.

Spent Xmas at this hotel and had a great time. The ski-in and ski-out location was a huge plus and saved us loads of time. The fully equipped kitchen was excellent and allowed us to cook meals whenever we wanted. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. Also, plenty of towels and clean linen were provided, which was really appreciated.

The WiFi was frustratingly slow and unreliable, which was really annoying for work and keeping in touch with family. We also only had one mid-stay clean and were asked to leave the kitchen clean for the next guests, which wasn't ideal for a holiday experience.
