When we arrived, it was pouring rain and the receptionist went above and beyond to help us with our luggage and parking our large van in the tight garage. He even gave up his own parking spot for us. Amazing customer service! I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the city center. We were able to easily explore all the attractions and shops thanks to the convenient tram stop nearby. The room itself was well-designed and equipped with everything we needed, including a kitchenette. The comfortable bed and the quiet environment ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The cleanliness was outstanding, with the room being regularly cleaned by the friendly staff. We also appreciated the great security measures in place.

The location in the area is quite good, with several good restaurants nearby. We did have some concerns about vandalism in the immediate vicinity, but overall it was convenient and close to the cable car to the bastille, offering great views from the apartment's velux windows. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the apartment was clean and comfortable with all the necessary facilities.

The hotel lacked a welcoming atmosphere and there were issues with the elevator being broken.

We had a wonderful stay at Residence Le Patricia. the location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the old part of town, take the cable car to the castle, and even walk to the train station. We also appreciated the protected parking space for our car. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the rooms were clean, cozy, and well-equipped, with a tasteful thematic design that added a special touch. We truly enjoyed the hospitality and attention to detail provided by the host.
