Lovely apartment with stunning beach views. The facilities were all in good working condition, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed relaxing on the sunny chair in the bedroom and the garden had plenty of chairs to soak up the sun. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was convenient, with shops, cafes, and the beach nearby. we had a great time at Residence Le Roc Fleuri and would recommend it to others.

Located in the heart of the charming old town, just next to the building with direct access to the old town, Residence Le Roc Fleuri is the perfect base for exploring the area. The hotel is also so close to the esplanade, where you can enjoy stunning views of the sea. it is very close to the old town of Saint Malo, making it convenient for dining and shopping options. The rooms are comfortable, with lovely clean studios and very comfortable beds. The kitchen area is well-stocked with essentials, and the bathrooms are clean and maintained.

The Wi-Fi signal in some areas of the hotel can be quite weak.

I absolutely loved the charming decoration of the hotel. The common areas had a cozy and elegant ambiance, making me feel right at home. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was also commendable. There were no stairs to climb, and the elevators were very convenient for someone like me with limited mobility.

I would have asked for a better vacation for senior people if there were handrails in the bathrooms. It would have provided added safety and comfort for us older folks.

The view from the room was beautiful, and the place was conveniently located near a bus stop and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, a laundrette, and the beach. The cozy room in the charming house had a well-equipped kitchen and a small terrace with a nice view over the garden. Parking was easy to find.
