I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, with its clean and tidy small apartment rooms offering excellent value for money. The location was perfect, right opposite the marina and close to the beach. The hotel facilities were great, with a swimming pool area that was very pleasant and a roof terrace where I could relax and enjoy the stunning view of the harbor. The staff were helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. The transportation was convenient, with the water taxi over to La Rochelle just a few minutes away, allowing me to explore the city easily. it was a wonderful experience.

The rooms at Residence New Rochelle are basic but clean, with a small kitchenette that is well equipped. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is close to a beach and there are convenient transport options via boat to the old centre, which makes for a nice trip. The pool area is clean and well-maintained, with plenty of sun beds. Free parking is available and the reception staff are very helpful.

As older guests, we really enjoyed the comfortable bed and the convenience of the small kitchen in our room. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, with easy access to the town via the Sea bus or a short 30-minute walk. We also appreciated the nearby free parking and the variety of restaurants, supermarket, and beach within a 5-minute walk.

My husband and I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in La Rochelle. We had a ground floor terraced studio which was perfect for us. The location was excellent, with a water bus right across from the hotel that took us into the old town. The staff were pleasant and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. Additionally, there were many amenities nearby, such as a beach, bakery, and restaurants.

The room was practical with a basic kitchenette and a comfortable bed. The Wi-Fi was excellent and the view of the swimming pool and garden was lovely. I appreciated the option to park inside for a reasonable fee or for free outside. The nearby boulangerie and restaurants were convenient. I especially enjoyed dining at Le Delphine, which had delicious food and friendly service. It was also nice to have the option to walk to the old city of La Rochelle or take a ferry across the bay. I would recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at a modern apartment block overlooking the beautiful Porte des Minimes for a relaxing weekend getaway. The room was cozy and had a stunning view of expensive yachts. I enjoyed having a compact kitchen to prepare meals and make drinks. The roof terrace on our floor was a great spot to relax on the comfortable loungers and even dry our laundry. The swimming pool at the back of the property was always refreshing and never crowded. The location was perfect, with a bakery, beach, and restaurants nearby.

The hotel is ideally located near a wide sandy beach, which is only around 200m away. It is also conveniently close to Les Minimes beach, offering a great opportunity to soak up the sun or go for a refreshing swim. the hotel is situated immediately opposite the marina, providing a stunning view for guests.

Some guests reported occasional noise disturbances at night, which took away from the overall tranquility of the hotel.

My partner and I had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel. the location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and the water bus that takes you to the heart of the city. We loved being able to explore La Rochelle and its many restaurants. the highlight for us was the small swimming pool, where we could relax and enjoy the sun. the view from our room was incredible, overlooking the harbor. we had a lovely time and would definitely recommend it for a romantic getaway.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the shower in our room was quite small and the toilet was awkwardly placed near the wall.
