pierre & vacances really impressed me during my recent stay in saint-jean-de-luz. the location was unbeatable with off road parking, a supermarket nearby, and just a short walk to the town and beach. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the apartment had all the amenities we needed, including a balcony.

Dishwasher leaked.

We had a fantastic stay at Pierre & Vacances. The receptionist, Celine, was incredibly helpful and welcoming. She provided us with a map of the area and gave us great recommendations for day trips to Bilbao and San Sebastian. The location was excellent, with the town center and beach within a short walk. The apartment was clean and well equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. our experience was wonderful, and we would highly recommend Pierre & Vacances to others.

The hotel was located in a prime location with easy access to public transportation and a nearby supermarket. the staff were friendly and helpful, offering us an upgrade to a larger room when our initial room would not accommodate our family. We also enjoyed the laundry facilities on site, which made our Christmas stay even more convenient.

The room we initially booked was too small for our needs and the noise from nearby construction was disruptive during the day. the cleaning could have been more thorough, with dusty corners and furniture pushed against the walls hindering proper cleaning.
