We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the center of Marseille. It was conveniently located near shopping malls, trams, trains, and buses. the hotel staff, including the manager, were incredibly kind-hearted and responsive. the management truly goes above and beyond to ensure the best experience for their customers. the lighting throughout the hotel was excellent, including the bathroom which had a well-lit makeup mirror. There was plenty of closet space and lots of electrical outlets. the elevators were fast, and the bed was comfortable. the location was perfect, within easy walking distance of MUCEM and the new Cosquer museum. We didn't try the breakfast, but overall, we highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Big thank you to the personnel and manager!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say that the location is absolutely fantastic. Situated in a very good neighborhood, I found myself within walking distance of a large shopping center, an organic store, and a supermarket. This was extremely convenient, especially for someone like me who enjoys cooking their own meals. The room itself was very comfortable, with a great little kitchen that had all the necessary amenities. The fluffy towels, dressing gowns, and nice Nuxe products provided a touch of luxury to my stay. Furthermore, the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The buffet breakfast was also fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options. my experience at this place was delightful and I highly recommend it to anyone.

Stayed over Christmas and the festive atmosphere was amazing. Enjoyed the complimentary hot cocoa and mince pies. the hotel is in a prime location, with a cathedral in view and an easy walk to the old town. the room was comfortable and clean, with a well-equipped kitchenette for convenience.

Although the bed was comfortable, the room was not cleaned during our five-night stay, and we had to request fresh towels and sheets. the staff was unhelpful and never apologized for the inconvenience.

The hotel is conveniently located close to restaurants with great views of the cathedral. It is also really close to the city center and situated in a very good neighborhood. Additionally, it is just a short distance from the Old Port, allowing guests to easily explore the area. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and essential kitchen appliances available for use.

The lack of soundproofing in the rooms can be a downside for those who value privacy and peace and quiet.

The modern and bright hotel location was conveniently within walking distance to all the city attractions and just five minutes away from the bus to the train station. Marseille itself exceeded my expectations, making the experience even better. Despite a few drawbacks such as hot mattresses, capped air conditioning, and some noise from guests scraping chairs above, the positives outweighed the negatives. I highly recommend this hotel.
