I was initially placed in a room facing a busy road, but the staff at Residhome Nice Promenade quickly accommodated my request to move to a quieter room at the back of the building. The new room was perfect, allowing me to have a peaceful night's sleep. The kitchenette in the room was well-equipped and the bed was comfortable. The location was also convenient, just a short walk from the Promenade des Anglais and public transportation. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend Residhome Nice Promenade for its helpful staff and excellent room setup.

Our stay at this apartment close to the Promenade and public transport was enjoyable. The location was convenient, just off the Promenade Anglais, with a nice garden nearby. The room had a comfortable bed and a good shower. The staff provided helpful recommendations and excellent service. We also appreciated the facilities in the room, such as the kitchenette and the rooftop terrace with stunning views. It was easy to wander along the seafront, although the main tourist area was about a 20-minute walk away.

The cleanliness of the balcony and the lack of friendliness from the staff towards non-French guests were the only downsides to our overall pleasant experience.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. The location was perfect for us as party people - so close to the beach and all the lively bars. The seafront was just a 2-minute walk away, offering stunning views. The bus station for the airport was also very close, making it convenient for our arrival and departure. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities. The breakfast offered was nice and we even had a kitchenette for our own convenience.

That it was not located in the city center, so we had to use public transport to visit the old town.

We had a fantastic Christmas experience at this hotel! the holiday decorations were charming, and the staff was so friendly and attentive. We were delighted to find out there was a hot chocolate station in the lobby and a complimentary Christmas breakfast on our last day. the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city on foot, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. But our favorite part was the stunning rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the city!

The elevator was out of service for a few hours one day, which was a bit inconvenient. But honestly, the hotel's positive aspects greatly outweigh this minor setback.
