Located on arguably one of the most beautiful and best located urban squares in the world, the whole experience was exceptional and memorable. The rooms were large and had nice amenities. The location was great, with good food everywhere. They were really kind about us traveling with a baby, providing us with a nice bed, pajamas, bathing and body lotion for the baby.

I was upgraded to a stunning junior suite executive with a spacious terrace. the Ritz Club pool was a hidden gem, with hardly any other guests around. the hotel's attention to detail was impeccable, from the welcoming bakery and candy in the room to the superb chocolate cake they surprised me with for my birthday. With multiple bars and restaurants to choose from, there was never a shortage of dining options. it was an incredibly romantic and memorable experience, making it one of the best hotels in the world.

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel! The rooms were stunning, with small details like embroidered pillows and personalized notebooks that made me feel truly special. The service was top-notch, and the staff made sure every aspect of my stay was perfect. The location was also great, allowing me to easily explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel. Restrictions: One small drawback was the lack of security in the shopping arcade hallway. There were too many outsiders coming into the hotel, and I had a concerning encounter with strangers asking to see my wallet and Euro. Although nothing happened at that moment, a few days later my credit card was deducted by USD1,000. It's important for the hotel to tighten up security in that area. I had an amazing experience at this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The staff was fantastic , professional and friendly. They even greeted us at the train station. the room had a great view overlooking the garden and was spacious with plenty of windows. the pool was nice with comfortable lounge chairs and underwater music.

The hotel decor was not to my taste, it felt tacky and overdone. the prices for food and drinks were exorbitant.
